Middle School

    You will be a 21st Century Graduate when you finish with your K-12 studies in BVSD.  It is important for you to understand the High School Graduation Requirements as well so that you know how the classes you are ta​king in middle school will impact you when you get to high school.

     High School

    ​​All students must earn 220 credits and meet all of the graduation requirements.  For more details on the requirements, please visit BVSD Graduation Requirements.

    Boulder Universal offers an 8-12 Advisory course that is required for all full time BU students. The advisory program was created using the American School Counseling Association (ASCA) model as a foundation and is aligned with Individual Career and Academic Planning (ICAP) legislation as well as BVSD's success skills.

    These courses​ are created using evidence based curriculum that aligns with the American School Counselor Association (ASCA) National Standards for Students. ​Please view the ASCA National Standards for Students Document for more details.
